This product works but its very fiddly and can take numerous attempts to get an actual reading - though ultimately you get there eventually For the overall price its fine - can live with the fiddles.. so I recommend And its always interesting to see how quickly my Sony remotes are eating batteries!

I neede a battery tester. For years I threw out batteries that I did not know were good or not, I finally remedied this. I only needed one battery tester but two came in the deal. I put one in the kitchen and one in my bedroom which saves me steps. The indicator is a simple gauge with a needle that swings from red (dead) to green (good). It is simple and works well. I am very happy with the purchase and if you don’t have a battery tester buy these and you will have two, maybe give one to a friend.

This is a useful tool for quickly checking battery life. It is easy to use, works with multiple battery types, and offers very good value for the price. Overall, I think it delivers solid performance for the money.

Gets the job done. They don’t feel very sturdy and sometimes you have to readjust for it to read correctly so I found myself double checking each battery (AA & AAA’s) to make sure the reading was accurate. Great buy for the money!
