If not you probably have to continue healing leaky gut 1st. Without going in to too much detail - I see the difference and will continue to take it for another month, Prebiotics are generally recommended when you take Probiotic, so eat more salads and possibly add something like Psyllium Husk Caps to help the process. Tablet size is pretty small and easy to swallow.
