But in my use of the product it does not allow you to set a current limit. I brought 2 new devices and the current limiter just does not work on this product line. **Q: Two questions: a. when I press power off, it stays on for about 2 to 3 seconds, why? b. How to limit 12v 1A output, current display is always 0** A: It stays in power because of the capacitors so after you turned it off it will take time to empty the capacitors. If the current is 0 that means you do not have any load connected or it is so small.
