I recently had a lot of hair loss due to an extremely stressful year. I thought I was going bald! I went to the dermatologist they confirmed it was stress hair loss and recommended trying biotin. After researching many other brands, this one stood out for the minimal ingredients and the safety. I love that it isn’t a huge list of ingredients and added vitamins since I already take a multivitamin. I have had no gastrointestinal side effects, which is surprising, since I tend to have a sensitive stomach. I have been taking this stuff for about six months now. My hair loss is minimal now and I no longer mourn every shed piece of hair in the shower. I have noticeable baby hairs coming in and my scalp shows less. My nails and skin have also improved in health and brightness. The lemon taste is good but does have a bit of an unpleasant smell that you have to ignore.
