The fact that this knife had a sheath with it was a major drawing factor as I usually just throw all my knives in a drawer which isn't good for them, and then to find out that it was nonstick was the final slam of the door as far as I was concerned. I was sold. The pretty purple color didn't hurt matters either although it clashes terribly with my kitchen decor but is oh so easy to find. I've had and used this knife for almost two years and it is as sharp and nonstick as it was the day I purchased it. It cuts through just about anything I plunge it's little blade into.....cheeses, raw potatoes, veggies....everything is cut perfectly and without having to wipe my blade off.
