For the spotter arms, the highest setting puts their top surface at 74 cm. **Q: Can you change the spotter arms and replace them with longer ones?** A: No. This only comes with one pair of spotter arms. If they were longer, there would be a danger of the barbell overhanging the base and the stands falling over unless you bolted them to the floor. As it is, you have to be quite mindful when lowering the barbell back onto the arms. **Q: I'm looking at these stands for the performance of stiff legged deadlift, can the spotter arms be lowered enough to allow this exercise? Thank you.** A: The lowest "lock in" point the arms go to is as shown on the picture (~45-50cm off floor?), they will go to the bottom without the screw/bar but nothing supports them at that point (Which I wouldn't recommend using it unsupported), it is about shin/knee region for me (i'm 171cm). ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheap, but quite good quality πŸ‘ *by D***N on 24 June 2026* Ordered these and not expecting fantastic quality but all I can say for the little money these cost what quality you get... everything fits perfectly,so easy to put together a 12 year old could do it..sturdy and does the job just fine...you can use them for squats as well bench press..how they make these for Β£40 + pounds.... don't hesitate to buy if you want cheap but does the job ..πŸ‘ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Be mindful of storage space. *by M***L on 29 September 2026* Reasonable safety also reasonable quality good size easy to assemble value for money okay appearance looks good, metal component could have been a little bit more stronger but the suitable if you don't put too much weight on it okay for home use, but not very good for storage though has this product does not fold up four storage. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ NICE RACK! *by M***. on 23 June 2026* Big up ma cheap rack! Considering the low price of this product, the build quality is excellent. Each one is the kind of heavy that lets you know this isn't going to fall apart when you put some considerable weight on it. If you don't have a pull up bar, you could easily put this in the highest setting, put your bar across it and do pull-ups on the bar if you can lift your knees up. The safety bar bits really are only big enough for bench press but at least it has them. When you are putting the shaft bit on the feet, put the bolts in up from the bottom and the nuts on top. You will need 2 spanners/sockets to get this bad boy together. A note on the safety rack bits, you should set the rack to the desired height, and then put the safety rack bits where you want it because if you put those in first you can't adjust the height of the main rack. Don't waste your money on a more expensive product. This one does the job. ## Frequently Bought Together - Yaheetech Adjustable Squat Rack, Multifunctional Heavy Duty Barbell Stand, Strength Training Dip Station, Fitness Power Rack Weight Bench Support for Home Gym, Max Load 250kg, Height 114-179cm - YOLEO Weight Bench, 660LB/300KG Adjustable Foldable Strength Training Bench, Utility Incline Decline Bench for Full Body Workout- Integrated Structure Updated - ComFy Mat Gym Flooring Mat, Foam Exercise Mats, Interlocking Puzzle EVA Floor Tiles, Non slip Rubber Cushion For Home Workout, Bonus Adhesives,24"X24"(60x60cm) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/53048078-yaheetech-adjustable-squat-rack-multifunctional-heavy-duty-barbell-stand](https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/53048078-yaheetech-adjustable-squat-rack-multifunctional-heavy-duty-barbell-stand) --- *Product available on Desertcart Saudi Arabia* *Store origin: SA* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
