I have not made any Ciabatta yet, but I have been making some extra wet (and sticky... and oily) SUPER Flaxseed bread which has about an 80% hydration. The BUP, with this attachment, kills it. On the triple batch I cleaned about 10 flaxseeds from the fluted part and 5 or so from the lid latch. (Whisc is NOTHING) Bosch owners, you can put that "fish ring" (Dough Creeper) away.
