Update: This is an update to my original review. I DID take the plastic off of the skates. No question there. And I didn't like the feel of it so I put tape on them. When changing the tape ANOTHER LAYER of the plastic that was covering the skates came off. First layer was black, second was blue...so I guess I didn't get the whole dang thing off. NOW the mouse is absolutely perfect in my opinion. Upgraded from my original 4 star to 5. MY opinion based on MY experience... So far I'm liking this mouse with one exception. For starters....Once I tried the vertical mouse I can never go back (this is not my first one). I've been using this about a week so far and this is a comfortable mouse and fits my hand well. I don't believe i have a large hand. F/58. For me, it has everything I need in options. Some features I don't even use. It can be used while charging however I haven't needed to as it holds a charge very well even With the lights on!! They can be turned off if desired. However I haven't noticed if there's a low battery light feature... Speeds for navigating are great. Love that I can either use the dongle or Bluetooth, it's mainly always Bluetooth for me personally. My one big complaint is that Once again FOR ME, it doesn't glide well enough on my mouse pad. There's significant drag that was definitely hindering my work capabilities. And I did give it a few days. Ultimately, I had to place tape on the skates for a perfect glide "for me." Definitely recommend this mouse based on overall qualities!

Boy, is this thing sturdy. I bought one for myself 3 years ago and another for my wife 2 years ago. We've both managed to drop ours multiple times with no adverse effects. Also, the shape is excellent for relieving forearm pain and the buttons above the thumb can be turned off to avoid unnecessary triggering when lifting the mouse. Highly recommended.

I have not been paid to write this review. In fact, I normally avoid writing reviews for products. However, this company and this product are worth my time to support and encourage others to trusth. First, let me say that I have been usinga normal sized mouse and my wrist has been hurting. My fingers would actually drag on the table when using the normal sized mouse. This mouse is not only the perfect size for large hands but I no longer have wrist pain while using it. My fingers no longer dragon on the table as well. Also, importantly, all of the buttons are silent. In addition to that it's unfounded for this product to receive negative reviews stating that the lights won't turn off. All you have to do is hold the correct button for 3 seconds and they will turn off and back on if you want. Furthermore, this company has been an absolute pleasure to do business with. They are respectful, kind, friendly and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Having quality products and quality customer service is rare. Please don't hesitate to trust this company and their products. There is no excuse for reviewers to leave any negative feedback. They provide quality products at reasonable prices. Their products help those with arthritis and wrist pain for larger hands. They have dedicated customer service.

I love the design and it is realy comfy, but after just a week of having it, I'm having so much trouble conecting to my computer. I've tried with the usb transmiter that it comes with, with bluetooth, and notheing stays on more than 5minutes Is really frustrating, because it is the most comfortable mouse I've had, but it is basically useless. Edit1: It works when plugged to an energy source. So, even if batery is above 50%, if it is unplugged, it will not work. So now I have it plugged which is inconvinient, because I wanted a WIRELESS mouse Edit2: great customer service, they provided a full refund -------------------------------------------------------------- Edit3 Second purchase: I bought this mouse again, thinking I might have gotten a defective unit the first time, so I purchased the same one in pink, thinkg that a different color might be a different batch. And for 2 weeks it was the best mouse ever, I could smoothly switch between computers with the bluetooth options, and my wirst is comfortable. Like I said the first time I bought it, I really want to love this mouse. Unfortunally, battery life is giving me trouble again. The fisrts two weeks I only charged it once a week, now is everyday. It really cannot hold charge. I whish there were a AA batery version of this mouse, as the recharging one is really not working. Edit 4 Second purchase: I still love this mouse, and after a year and a half of having it, the left click is begining to have issues; but that might be on me, as it has fallen down A LOT. The battery issue is no longer a problem. you need to charge it conected to direct energy instead of the computer, I leave it charging maybe for 5h every 20 days. So keep that in mind, charging with the computer is not efficient. All in all, I still love the ergonomic feeling of it, and will buy another one. Edit 5 07/28/2025 It is the third time I order this mouse. I really do love it, it has been great for my wrist, however the left-button broke down after a year (my fault, my mouse is hitting the floor to often, as I'm always out and about). I wish it could come with a repair guideline or soemthing. Other than that, this is the best gift for your carpal tunnel wrist if you pull 10h days in front of the computer.

This mouse is amazing! It’s very comfortable, easy to use, includes a USB-C adapter, and the scrolling speed is impressively smooth. It’s made working so much easier, and for only $15, it’s an excellent value. Sensitive to the touch and precise. Great for gaming and work! Barely hear the clicking which I love and it doesn’t make a dragging sound. Just glides on the mouse pad or table wherever I’m working.

Great mouse, although they do not seem to last very long. I have bought two over the past year or so and both of them quit working after a couple of months. Not bad for the price point, but I don't want to keep creating waste.

Works great! Hate going back to old type mouse. My only issue is it is very touchy and hard to control sometimes.

I tried their smaller version of this mouse and they had the forward/backward buttons under your thumb. This larger mouse fixed that, but then I hit other design errors. I think they are trying, but just not there yet. The big problem is the angle is not big enough. This causes two problems. Instead of your hand resting on its side (pinky down to the heel of your hand), you are resting all your weight on your heel of your hand. This makes my hand sore. The other angle issue is that since you are not resting the weight of your hand on the side of your hand, you are resting it on the mouse. This causes me to click the right-button at a near constant basis. I never could figure out how to stop doing this. The buttons are easy to push and with my fingers resting on them...they get pushed. The last problem, and I had to email their very good support to find this out, the light that tells you you need to charge (red), that it is charging (red) and that it is fully charged (green) is a very small LED under the wheel. You have to look inside the mouse to see it. So you will NOT be notified when the batteries are getting low. Why have all the fancy "skirt" lighting if you don't use it for anything!? None of this information is in the manual. I have to send this mouse back, too. It is not ready for primetime.

Mi mouse se rompió bosque y busqué y no encontraba el que me ofreciera lo que necesito. Yo quería un mouse ergonómico para el cuidado de mi muñeca y que fuera recargable para no estar comprando pilas una y otra vez y además sin saber cuánto me durarían para asegurarme que no necesitaría cambiar en un momento inesperado. También quería que fuese inalámbrico para poder transportarlo y conectarme sin tanto cable. Los mouses que encontraba tenían unas cosas pero otras no o eran mucho muy caros. Al encontrar este fue una maravilla, pues no solo cumplió mis expectativas y satisfizo mis necesidades, también estaba en oferta y me salió mucho más barato que otros en apariencia iguales. Se conecta perfecto por bluetooth y aunque yo solo lo necesito para mi lap top, al parecer puede conectarse a más de un dispositivo a la vez y me parece muy interesante. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, es cómodo y eficiente!

Lo compre en noviembre pero apenas en este mes de Febrero lo empece a utilizar tengo 15 dias ocupandolo y ya no funciona la rueda de desplazamiento, me estaba funcionando muy bien y me gusto pero asi de la nada dejo de funcionar la rueda de desplazamiento, lastima que ya no lo puedo devolver, espero que si lo compran no les salga como el mio.

La bateria una vez cargada dura varios dias, no emite nada de ruido al presionar cualquiera de las 2 teclas, al igual que al girar el scroll, cero ruido. se conecta super rapido por bluetooth, lo reconoce de inmediato, al igual que por USB, ya llevo 6 meses de uso diario y esta como nuevo, muy recomendable

Me gustó, buena textura, ergonómico, tal vez un poco pequeño pero en general bien, está funcionando sin problemas se apaga cuando lo dejas de usar un tiempo, se enciende cuando lo mueves, en general bien el producto. Espero siga funcionando bien por un buen tiempo.
