Lots of energy without overstimulation!
I am pretty sure I was deficient in some B vitamins due to malabsorption issues and this vitamin pill is giving me so much energy without making me anxious. I tried a number of b vitamins over the years and struggled to tolerate them. I am not having any strange side effects at all, like I normally do. I’m grateful to have found this!

Best B Supplement I’ve tried
Rather high dose of methylated B vitamins. Started off slowly, taking it every four days or so, trying not to overload my system. Well balanced, hard for me to find in a multivitamin. Would and will buy again. Good for stress management.

Comprehensive B complex with B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12
This is a review of "Nootropics Depot Infini-B Capsules | Optimized Vitamin B Complex | Energy, Mood, and Cognitive Support | Natrium Health" So the good news is, vitamin B complex is water-soluble, so excess amounts your body cannot absorb are generally excreted in your urine and this contains not only the typical Vitamin Bs but some of the less common variants as well. On the other hand, yes, you may need a higher % daily value to get your body to absorb what you need, but is 20,833% of FDA-recommended daily B12 and very high amounts of the others as well really such a good idea? I would think that a capsule many times less potent than this would be a better place to start, but admittedly many of the vitamin B complex capsules on the market have very elevated doses like this one. Just be aware that too much vitamin B6 can cause loss of feeling in your arms and legs or light sensitivity so stop taking this and seek medical help if you experience those symptoms.
