This is a great pillow. It's really Cindy and does a good job of keeping my head cool. Not only that but it is super firm with out being rock hard. It is a great value for a pillow that lays a long time

This is the pillow I sleep on every night. I think the thickness and comfort is just right. The 'cool side' has a tendency to shed a lot of fibers, and the size of the pillow means a standard cotton pillow sheet has a tendency to slip off. I would give this a 4.5, 4 is too low so it gets 5

Best pillow I've owned. I'm only giving it four star because, as some other reviews has noted, it does have a weird chemical scent, which could be the cooling side. I also purchased protective covers for the pillows. Time will tell if the smell goes away. Great value for the money.

Super nice pillows. Not too hard like so many others I have ordered. I always come back to Sealy. Sadly, not The Answer to my neck pain, but these days, a pillow helping with that is a ship that has sailed. At least it helps me get some sleep.

Pillow was very comfortable. Ordered the same one and hope the odor was not a common problem.

My neck pain gone..

I've been trying every pillow I see for 2 years no matter the price. I've tried multiple pillows in the $150-$200 range. I did not expect much from this $40 pillow but it is the one I've been searching for. I'm ready to write a romance novel about this pillow and how well it treats my neck!

I had purchased this pillow previously from another seller (about 3 months ago). That one was med firm (exact same pillow) and easy to sleep on. This pillow is not only MUCH firmer, but weighs about 2x as much. So, instead of using it as my primary pillow, it's behind my older one. I'm hoping in time this one will soften a bit and I'll be able to use it as the primary as well.

Product not comfortable

The chemical smell doesn’t go away! I aired it out for days outside, months inside, and it still smells. What a waste of $!
