The folder is pretty strong, the handles can fold down inside. It doesn't have any cheap looking parts to it at all at least and the build quality is pretty decent.It's thick and large enough to easily accommodate a 7" to 10" tablet like the iPad, along with a notebook/book and with the rest of the compartments although when you do fill it up to the brim, the handles are stiff and it takes strength to keep the handles together in your hand, so they don't have much slack to them. maybe with use they loosen up. That's a downside because it's not too comfortable for me to carry when it's full, although doable, can't expect everything for the price. My 12" netbook fits in it but fills up the folder quite a lot and leaves little space for anything else.The ringbinder in it is a little annoying as well because I will hardly use it. However on closer inspection I was slightly disappointed to find that the zip was extremely difficult to do up, due to the large excess or material puckering by the binding, however I accept that not every product arrives perfectly and was ignoring this fact as I expected that this would soon ease up with use.However I still have difficulties in zipping this folder up and now I have found that where I was putting my pens in the zipper section, instead they were falling out of the back due to the lining fabric not being correctly sewn into the leather style casing.Overall I am happy with the folder, it met a need I had and was very cheap.However I would advise anyone reading this to find a shop and buy one in person so you can inspect the quality before handing over the cash. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent and well made *by P***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 July 2012* This is a very good quality product. It is quite large and bulky - not much smaller than some briefcases, but if you want to hold a lot of documentation it is ideal. The bulkiness is largely from the rings of the ring binder which are larger than normal.If you want to hold a lot of documentation in plastic folders then this product is excellent. If you have little need for doing this, then you might be better off with a conference folder that has no ring binder or one that has smaller rings.I thought the retractable handles would be a gimmick but when you have it full of paperwork it is quite heavy and the handles do make it easier to carry about.
