For the price, this smartwatch honestly exceeded my expectations. Setup was quick with my phone, and the watch connected to Bluetooth without any issues. Notifications come through clearly for calls, texts, and apps, which is mainly what I wanted it for. The screen is bright and easy to read, even outside, and the battery life has been surprisingly good compared to other budget smartwatches I’ve tried. I can usually go several days before needing to charge it again. I also like how lightweight and comfortable it feels on the wrist. It doesn’t look cheap, and the design actually has a clean modern look that works for both casual wear and workouts. The fitness tracking features seem pretty accurate for steps, heart rate, and daily activity. The app is simple enough to use, and syncing data has been smooth so far. Obviously it’s not going to compete with a super expensive premium smartwatch, but for the cost it offers a lot of useful features. Overall, this is a solid budget-friendly smartwatch if you want notifications, fitness tracking, and good battery life without spending hundreds of dollars.

This is a great, cheap watch. In the past, I had an expensive Android watch but accidentally washed in the washing machine. After that incident, I decided not to get another one until now. For around 50 bucks, this is incredible. My phone immediately paired with the watch, and everything loaded fine. The phone app allows you to easily change settings and download new watch faces with dozens of available faces to choose from on the app. I purchased the one with the beige leather band, and I think this looks better than the Android watch I spent 350 dollars on a few years ago. Connectivity so far has been great with text messages, emails, calls, alerts, etc... popping up with no issue. The display is good and the battery life seems average with it lasting a few days before needing to recharge. The health functions appear to work okay, but I have never put much stock in getting vitals from a watch. You can also listen to music on it with my Pandora playlists syncing perfectly to it. The sound for music and calls is average at best, but I did not purchase this to listen to music on. 5 Stars for price and functionality!

I got this for my husband for Christmas last year. It is a good smart watch, but by month 7 he was having issues with it connecting to his phone. I don't know if it was the watch's problem, or a phone issue. The watch was sturdy, durable on the job, held a charge for a few days, and all around a good product.

This smartwatch is a very good option if it is elegance and technology at the same time, it has a metal handle design and its screen is touchy. Very good option I recommend it 10/10 very good value for money.

9/28/23 Let me start by saying that I wanted to love this watch, and I truly did for several months. I ordered this watch in February and chose it specifically because of the stainless steel band(can't stand those rubber smartwatch bands) and also because it's aesthetic is far more traditional and low-key than the mainstream smart watches. Considering it is roughly 1/4th of the price of name brand smart watches, I fully expected it to not be perfect. After all, you get what you pay for. I expected some flaws and I was absolutely okay with that for the price. Originally, I really liked it. I liked the simplicity of the watch, app, and settings. I was able to adjust everything to where I wanted it and the fully customizable face screen was fun to design. I even put a meme on it which was a huge hit with my friends. It came with a warranty card from the seller that included a 2 year warranty that was not mentioned in the listing, and a tool to adjust the band size in case your wrist is not the same size as the band. Unfortunately, this watch only lasted about 6 months. There were a few times throughout that period when the watch would disconnect from the band on one side due to a hard impact(for reference: while using a hammer at work, boxing practice, one time I smacked a mosquito that was on my leg and the watch fell off). To it's credit, the face never cracked and always worked properly, and the first couple times it came apart I was able to get the hinge piece back in and it held together. After about 5 months the black paint began coming off and stained my wrist for several days. The pins holding the clasp also started to stick out regularly, I would just push them back in and move on but it became more and more frequent. In mid July I was at a show and after the performance when everyone was clapping, the watch came off again -with considerably less pressure than the previous times- and while trying to put the hinge back in, it snapped and the spring inside it came out. Clearly, without buying a new hinge for it, I couldn't fix that. I emailed the customer support contact from the sellers warranty card and asked if the band would be covered under the warranty and if I could get a replacement. I didn't want a refund, just a band or at least a hinge piece. Initially they emailed back within a few hours and I was quite impressed with the speed. They asked for photos and I sent them the very same images I am adding to this review. That was on August 10th. Since then, radio silence. I emailed a second time on August 23rd asking for an update. Still no answer. I would have accepted it if that was not covered under the warranty, if they offered me only the hinge and I had to fix it myself, or if they'd offered a refund or discount code for a new one, but instead I have been ignored and the customer service team has made it clear what their priorities are and their priorities are not customer satisfaction. I am not usually the type to leave reviews but I am hoping this will get somebody's attention and I can at least get an answer. I will update if they contact me. At least I bought the protection plan. Update: 3/6/24 - I received an email from the company, they said they somehow missed my last two emails but wanted to 'resolve the issue' specifically so I would change this review. They asked if they could send me a replacement and I accepted the offer, after all, I still hadn't gotten a refund or anything so figured why not. They seemed very apologetic and had a new watch sent out within 24 hours. I was originally fairly happy with the outcome since at this point I had pretty much accepted that they would never contact me. That's where the good ends. On March 8th they informed me that the watch had been shipped. I thanked them and said I'd keep an eye out for it. They immediately responded and asked me to change my review. I told them I would update my review after I had received it and gotten a chance to use it and make sure it was working properly since I don't leave reviews often and when I do I absolutely will not leave one when I haven't used or even received the item yet. By March 12th they began accusing me of conning them since I had not changed my review yet. Again, I told them I would update it when I'd used the watch which I hadn't yet because my life does not revolve around a watch. I confirmed I'd received it and was waiting for my day off to play around with it. March 13 &14, I had now received 5 repeat emails asking me to change my review. I asked them to please stop spamming my email. I had every intention of updating my review and at this point it would have been 3-4 stars. Unfortunately, when I went to adjust the watch band so I could wear it the adjuster tool snapped so I haven't been able to use the watch yet since I'd need to find my old adjuster tool and I just moved so I have no idea where it is. Again, my life doesn't revolve around a watch and to be fair I'd already waited 8 months for a response so I don't think it's unfair for them to wait for me to actually use the product. OK, this is my first smart watch and is the reason why I bought one at this price level. I like this watch but have two complaints. First one is minor in that the step counter does not seem to be very accurate. It seems to be in the general area but is not really accurate. The second is more serious. Battery life is not good. I understand that it does a lot BUT it should last more than a day and a half. I don't know if this will grow to be an issue or will just charge it at the same time as my phone. Having worn Citizen watches for years which never use a battery this is a big change. On the plus size, this watch is very attractive without being flashy which I appreciate. Love the metal band which was a definite plus for me as I HATE those plastic or leather bands. Got the band easily adjusted for my size (they included the tool for this) and the watch face was not too big which was another plus. I like the other info provided such as blood pressure, oxygen level and heartbeat. However, bearing in mind the step accuracy I have to treat this info accordingly. Overall, A good watch, but... If it goes south on me I will update.

The watch it self is good for the price But -The app doesn't”t offer a variety of watch faces. - The Arabic notifications comes back word spreaded letters -The call option doesn’t provide access to the phone contacts -If you set a password, you will need to enter it every time you look at the watch
