The item arrived promptly and was well packed. It was easy to set up, the english instructions being very clear. Quality seems good. It took a while to settle down but after an half hour or so the indoor and outdoor sensors when placed together give the same reading - and also the same as another thermometer so I'm happy with accuracy. The clock did automatically pick up the time and Date from the transmitter in Frankfurt however this did prove unreliable (incorrect times shown some mornings) and I think that to be fair Frankfurt is a long way from here. I've set the clock manually instead and all is well. All in all I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to others Review: Great Weather station - Easy to set up and got all the functions on it you need, early days but working well so far. one thing i did notice on set up, put the batterys in the outside reciever first before putting batterys in station, if you do it the other way round you wont get a reading for outside temp etc, only thing i can say about it other than pleaded to bits with it . ## Features - Warning:Not suitable for children under 14 years. It arrived very quickly and is very compact and neat, but easy to read. The external unit is small and very easy to mount and shows the outdoor temperature and humity, which is useful when you are outside. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Handy Weather Station *by A***R on 1 February 2017* This review is for the Technoline WS 6760 Weather Station and Radio Controlled Clock. The weather station offers a comprehensive range of information from indoor/outdoot temperatures, your local sunrise/sunset and moonrise/moonset times, along with a barometer and weather prediction. It also has a useful backlight that remains on for five seconds; just keep tapping the light button to sustain the brightness. Having a radio controlled clock is very useful as it can be used as an accurate gauge to set all your house clocks to. Good device for the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well *by S***R on 1 February 2017* I won't repeat what other reviewers have said, only to confirm that it is an excellent little weather station. I had a very old Oregon one which died and wanted to replace it. This screen is small but actually bigger than the Oregon. I attach photos to give you an idea of the scale. And also, yes, it is designed to be viewed from above . That's just how they've arranged the polarising sheets. With LCD screens there's always an optimal angle, so don't buy this if you plan to view it at the same level or from below! It is unreadable at these angles, see photo. The operation is very easy and do read the instructions first as you have to set your altitude on first powering up. This just gives you a more accurate pressure reading. The external sensor is good and connects easily. To get the sun and moon settings it needs a rough location, there's a list of theses at the back of the manual. Reception of the radio time signal is a bit iffy in the UK (why did they do away with Rugby? We are 5 miles from the old radio station! ) but it's easy to set the time yourself. This is the first day, so I'll come back and review it further. I used to run one of the bigger "proper" weather stations, the ones with an upload to the web but now I'm living on a boat it was a bit impractical. The photos show how small the whole thing is plus how shiny and also unreadable at any other angle than directly in front and above.
