Easy Peasy.
This is what I love about the "Big Name" printers. I got this for mate of mine who is terrified of computers but has to use one - and needs a laser printer for everything he does. He has to print a lot by necessity. And although the machine was several years old this was the first time it had needed this part. It drops in like a round peg in a round hole. Whole job took me less time than it took him to make me a cuppa. Just brilliant and credit to Brother on the design.

Brought new life to my old printer. Really easy to fit. Followed instructions, couldn't go wrong.

Useless after a couple of months
After a couple of months of use the print quality has degraded significantly. The left hand side of the page is faded and see roller lines where as the right hand side is still working fine.

It was time to replace the belt unit. It had a noise in the printer and the pages were coming out dirty. Furthermore, it was a good price and it was easy to replace.
