Elkhorn Premium Chews - Medium Split 2 Pack Elk Antler Chews (5.5-8” Long)

I’ve bought these in Small, Medium, and Large sizes for my two 30+lb Boston Terriers nearly two months ago as I wasn’t sure which size was best. All three sizes work fine for my dogs. These are by far the best chews I’ve ever found. Long-lasting, no stink, no mess, my dogs' teeth are cleaner, their breath smells better, and no animals are hurt or die in order to produce them. I’ve tried deer antlers as well but they seem too hard and not enough marrow to keep my dogs interested (though some dogs love them), and the un-split Elkhorns were just too big for my smaller dogs. These being split have made all the difference in the world. My Boston’s love them. They will chew these several times per day. Elk antlers have a lot of marrow and that’s ultimately what they are trying to get at. These will probably last for several more weeks which also makes them cheaper than all of the other things I’ve tried…with many of those other things lasting 30 minutes to an hour or two at nearly the same price. I just can’t recommend these enough if you’re looking for something to keep your dogs chewing and to keep their teeth clean. I’ve finally found what I’ve been looking for. The added bonus of no animals being hurt to make them is a big plus to me. Shipping was fast, the product is of great quality, and I’ll definitely buy these again.

Perfect size, easy for my dog to hold & chew on, he loves it!!

our 2 smaller "mutt" pups love these. One is a dachshund/beagle mix . The other chihuahua/papilllon and chews out of anxiety or boredom. I take them up after significant chew time so that they are "special" treats and are useful when I need them distracted etc. I do say my "chion" is quite odd and gets very possessive over it too. So We try to keep control there. But my point is....they LOVE these. They last a month or so. No splintering. I prefer to buy them split so that the "marrow" is easily accessed for my anxiety ridden pup. Love the fact that no animals are harmed, and are a natural product. . I love the fact that there is a 2 pack so I have the right number of treats, and this seems to !be the most reasonable price as well. Thanks for a great product and we highly recommend these ....one question....how do you rate flavor of a DOG TREAT? LOL

You can see my previous email below - the seller contacted me and said to order a 2 pack of the split antlers and they would be the same. I just received another order and they have the same issue with the 2 antlers not being the same. One has the nub end of the antler and my dogs won't touch that one. This is the 3rd time this has happened and it is a total waste of money because I only get 1 that works for my dogs every time and there is no way to get a replacement through AMAZON - they say it is not returnable and/or no option to replace it either. I won't order again from this seller- the product that arrives is not as pictured on the website. I ordered 2 large Elkhorn Chews for my 2 Border Collies. I may try the medium size next time; even though, they seemed to be fine with the larger size. My only complaint was that one had the antler nub at the end of it- meaning both ends are not chewable. So, they both tended to want the one that was cut and open at both ends because it was easier to get to the good stuff. Overall, very nice product and they have lasted well over 2 weeks now.

Keeps her entertained and satisfied. She’s a 2 yr old 54lb American pit bull terrier with a lot of energy. I highly recommend this product.

I’m used to seeing antlers for sale at the pet store. Little bits of antlers can be like $30+, and I saw ones a bit smaller then the one I received, selling for almost $70 at the pet store. I paid $23 for the large as it was on sale. And honestly $70 wouldn’t be that outrageous considering how long they last and the amount of money I was spending on bully sticks instead. So I finally tried an antler and my dog loves it. She is missing multiple teeth from trauma to her face a while ago, and bully sticks were her favorite before her teeth came out. Now bully sticks hurt her gums and make her lips swell up a bit Becuase she goes a bit to hard on them. So I took a chance on this antler! She chews it on and off throughout the day and loves it. She has barely made a dent in that thing, and her mouth has been totally fine. Warning through—the very first day she chewed on it, a bunch of tiny chunks were all over the blanket she was chewing it on. The chunks were really difficult to pull off of the plush blanket. It hasn’t done that since, so just be mindful for that first chew session! Maybe put an old towel under them. Especially if you have a plush/shaggy carpet.

My dog, golden retriever, went for the chew right away. She chews on it daily, fussy doesn't like different dog chews that I have purchased. I like it as it cleans her teeth and does not have an odor.

Antlers are extremely rough and make my dogs' gums bleed. Do not recommend.
