## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do all three drawers lock? Or just the top one?**
A: Top only

**Q: Is anyone else bothered by the books being upside down in the product photo?**
A: No, I figured I would put mine however I wanted the product picture just gave me an idea of the size.

**Q: I lost the instruction book for this how can I find it can you email me a copy of the instruction manual**
A: Sorry at this time, I cannot scan all the pagers of the instruction manual to send to you. Have you check with the original source--Amazon? or maybe YouTube who seem to have a lot of "stuff" that helps us.

**Q: I saw the video - but want a printed sheet of instructions. I did not get paper instructions in the box - can I find them online?**
A: The only video was on Amazon product ordering site or maybe YouTube but the video only featured the bottom file drawer and it's assembly--a bit challenging even with the video. Paper instructions came with this product. Perhaps Amazon can help you with a download of a manual.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very pleased
*by M***W on 23 July 2023*

At first I was unsure if I would be happy because of the reviews I read but I’m glad I got it. It arrived a day earlier it was packed well with no scuffs or scratches. Not weak flimsy wood. It’s strong hard wood. I unpacked it slowly and separated all the screws and pieces in separate bowls so nothing got mixed up. Not one piece was missing. I read over all the instructions before I started. They are very well explained each step. It was not hard to do at all but it’s important you take your time and not try to rush and put it together really fast. I’m disabled so it took me much longer than it would for most but I did it all by myself. With not one problem. The drawers slid in and out with no problem at all, it’s not weak or wobbly. It’s is very sturdy. It’s not to big not to small. Perfect for what I needed. Oh and my grandson tried to pick the lock to see just how easy it would be to open it and he wasn’t able to open it. So that’s good too. I am a very happy please customer. And I’m picky lol
