I have a 4 yr old with level 3 ASD and all he drinks is watered down apple juice and it just wasn’t always enough to keep him fully hydrated! i found these one day and have been using them ever since, they dissolve so easily and smell and taste just like apple juice! i myself like them and i use them for my 2 yr old as well! and yes THEY WORK! i brought some on a trip one day and my godson was like crashing basically from heat etc, gave him one of those perked right up never seen him better! they fit easily in a purse, diaper bag, wherever really lol I truly recommend these for an apple juice loving kiddos especially if your baby is disabled in anyway or just is picky and only likes watered juice lol!

Great for 3 year old son when he's sick! He loves the taste, and I feel better about the lower sugar than a typical electrolyte drink (I know some sugar is important, but some sports drinks have FAR too much)

First thing is the flavor. It’s really, really good, IMO. Does not have chemical taste or aftertaste at all, and no funky chemical sweeteners, either. The package instructions for pediatric rehydration state to dissolve contents of 1 packet in 8 oz water (1 cup). However, I use it for general hydration particularly in Summer out on the golf course, so I dissolve 1 packet in a standard 16 oz bottle of water. That’s half-strength, but its flavor is fine and it does not have “salty” tones to it. It provides the water I need and some electrolytes to hold that water in the circulation system longer than just drinking plain water. I keep a packet or two in my golf bag, so I don’t have to remember to bring a sports drink to the golf course. There’s always bottled water to be had/bought and it’s easy to snip the packet open and pour right into the bottle.

This stuff tastes exactly like apple juice at snack time in the 80s. IYKYK. Two packets in a 32 oz container works perfectly.

This and grape are the only ones I will drink. I needed to add more electrolyte in my diet and great alternative than Gatorade. I no longer am dehydrated and I feel a difference overall

My family likes to take vacations that involve a lot of outdoor activity And maybe a little drinking in the evening! Electrolytes help to restore what is lost from too much fun! These are easy to pack, so I always take these along. I must say I like the fruit flavor better. The apple is slightly too salty for me.

This drink mix is a great way to get your electrolytes. I like having more flavor options, too. I've also added cinnamon to it to make taste more like an apple cider flavor.
