It's great, it's not as much room
It works great, but just know you loose alot of space so it can fit in the cabinet.

Doesn't work
The concept is wonderful but the finished product is bad. It takes up the room it was supposed to save and what room there is isn't enough for dishes. Some small cups fit but that isn't enough. For the high price I expected much more.

Mixed reviews
I own two. For one of them the hydrolics does not seem to work now in our second year of use. The other works great.

Product for 19in cabinet only
It’s design for 19in cabinet, NOT for 21in. To start- the tray size is 12”Wx9.5”D. Together with the pulldown mechanism on both sides, the width of the product is approximately 17” (19in cabinet typical has internal width of 17.5” which is fine, and you would expected to loose shelving space with this product in exchange of the pull down function). However, I selected the 21inch option and it’s basically the same product, with an addition top bracket to extend the mounting to the internal width of 19.5”. They did not provide a wider tray even the internal cabinet width increase by 2 inch. So you only get the same shelving space of the 19in product. A very poor product listing and specifications so beware.

Love This Unit!!
Love this unit -- I'm still recovering from two broken arms and shattered elbows from two years ago and this has made all the difference in the world to getting myself back to doing normal things. Works well, no problem pulling down or pushing up fully loaded and I'm able to use all the cabinet space rather than just some. I gave 4 stars as the video they referenced several times could not be accessed/or didn't exist but was able to install after a lot of thought. If the video was available I'd give it 5-stars. Thanks for helping getting me back to normal life!
