Convenient
Purchased these verses the 3 in tablets this year. Just insert in filter dispenser and it’s good to go. As far as how long it last depends on the setting and how often you run the pump. For me, it last about a month maybe 6 weeks

Did not fit my 6100 system
Great customer service almost immediate refund. The BACPAC did not fit the 6100 system (upto 25K gallon) as described. Shoulder of the outside pac will not allow the BACPAC to drop into the slots.

Cartridge fit my system
The cartridge fit in my pool frog system. However, the bac pac arrived without the tabs that hold the product inside the cartridge. When I opened the box, there was powder all inside the box and all over the table where the box was sat. It left the room smelling like chlorine.

Good price, didn’t fit.
Triple check the compatibility with your frog system. I checked the model numbers to make sure this would fit because the color was different. Received it and it did not fit, pay attention to the notch of the green cap, there is no notch on this one with the yellow cap and it will not fit.Luckily, they are glued together poorly and I was able to pop both caps off and install the green cap on the new cartridge. But I won’t be able to buy these again.
