For some (even me in the past) I would eye roll the, “gluten free” statement on shampoos, conditioners and lotions. It skipped over my mind why that would be important.. you aren’t eating it. Fast forward to my youngest being born and potentially having Celiac and us pulling all items out of our house that could have gluten in it. I tell her not to drink the bath water but toddlers be toddlers lol. I have spent probably a collective day in hours trying to find a gluten free shampoo and conditioner that wasn’t terrible. I’m not a fan of some of the ingredients like the Sodium Hydroxide (it permanently brakes the peptides in your hair, also it’s high in alkalinity) and also the phenaxanthynaol (terrible spelling, auto correct didn’t want to help me on that one lol) but they really are to avoid with out spending an arm and a leg. I find this to be a good balance and not overly drying with the sodium hydroxide in it. I also get it’s in professional hair products and it is a part of the soap making process.. I’m learning to accept it. My hair is down to my butt so it’s old and I can’t be too judgy on that part, if I wash it two days in a row it gets a little unhappy but I’m pretty set on sticking with this brand! It doesn’t make it feel like other brands. We’ve tried three different kinds from this brand and they’re all pretty awesome! One kid has hair like mine, long and thick and it’s tamed from the frizz better than other brands. Another has thick long hair yet is thin in texture. Hers gets incredibly knotty after washing (it could be her) but a little extra coconut oil helps with the comb through. And the last is curly and it works on all our hair types.

This is my second time purchasing this healthy shampoo and conditioner. I like how creamy and rich it feels while washing my hair. It leaves my hair smelling so good. I feel good knowing it doesn't have the sulfates and parabens in it. No phosphates or phthalate. I also noticed the price was a great deal. I will be buying the Purezero Clean Beauty Coconut Milk Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner from now on. Thank you for having these products available for me to purchase at such a great cost. I always research before making purchases on Amazon as I did with this item..I really like the way this shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling, clean but not like it was stripping the color out. It felt clean and soft. Would buy again and cost effective. I was not gifted this for a review so this is an honest review.

I like that it's mostly natural, but it's not good for my baby fine hair. It leaves my hair feeling tacky and straw like. The smell is pleasant, but strong. It does not smell like coconut at all though. I use it on days when I'm not going anywhere, because it leaves a pleasant scent. I will use this up, but I probably won't purchase again. Might be good for people with thicker hair.

When I first received these I immediately loved the smell, which to me was a great first impression because it usually is difficult for me to find a shampoo and conditioner with such a pleasing scent. Upon first use, I noticed that the hair catcher in my bathtub was filling up but I didn't think it was the product or even my hair and was just a build up from my mom or something who may have recently used it and forgot to clean it out. Upon second use the same thing happened right away, and afterwards I checked that it was a huge chunk of my hair that fell out! It is not normal for that much hair of mine to fall out from one use! A few strands sure, but never a big chunk like that. The product also weighed my hair down and made it the grossest it has been in years. Even dollar store products work better than these. I checked reviews online and saw many other people experienced this and were even starting to go bald. This is unacceptable and not right. I don't understand how these are able to be sold. If you want to go bald, pick them up. If not, stay far away and don't let the pleasant scent lure you to keep using it!
