Thanks alot** A: The sharpening stone is of poor very corse quality. I chucked that in the bin. I use the honing guide with a Norton india stone instead. Even Lidl sold sharpening stones 10 x times better than the one included in the kit. The honing guide is OK though. **Q: can someone help with the grades of the stone please ?** A: There is a grading stone which will change it from 220 - 1000 and back approximately **Q: can someone help with the grades of the stone please ?** A: It is way to course to use as a finishing stone. I bought the set. use the jig but the stone I gave away. 240 grit maybe. I use the jig with a india stone **Q: what grit is the stone?** A: It is really coarse. I use the honing guide with a Norton india stone instead. ## Frequently Bought Together - Irwin 10507932 Marples Chisel Sharpening Tool Set with Honing Guide, Stone and Oil, 3 Pieces - Faithfull 8 Pocket Suede Leather Chisel Roll --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/52089776-irwin-10507932-marples-chisel-sharpening-tool-set-with-honing-guide](https://www.desertcart.com.sa/products/52089776-irwin-10507932-marples-chisel-sharpening-tool-set-with-honing-guide) --- *Product available on Desertcart Saudi Arabia* *Store origin: SA* *Last updated: 2026-11-05*
