Their not real dressy though. Personally I wouldn't. I wear them with dress pants and I'm not real happy with the way they look. They look cheaply made. I would not buy them again. **Q: Are these "somewhat" dressy for the office?** A: Yes, it can match the dressy for the office. **Q: How are these in ice and snow?** A: I only use them for work. I haven't even used them in the rain yet. They seem to be slip resistant although it doesn't say on the bottom of the shoes. **Q: If you're a suze 8.5 ,did you size up half a size(9) or a full size (9.5)?** A: I didn’t up a size, use my regular size but it wasn’t tight like in size but in the upper form of the shoe and when walking the foot would slip Forward hurting your toes.
