Box Contains 1 Temp Filling Review: Fills Cavitys, Stops toothache - Very easy to apply, no mixing with hot water or anything like that, its cheap compared to others out there, had a massive gaping whole in the side of my teeth and while i waited to go to the dentist this was the perfect product, once i used it to plug up my cavity i was pain free in about an hour once my mouth stoped throbbing from the messing around, lasts for about a week+ per appliance and you get about 7 appliances depending on how big your hole is ( mine was about 1cm) it plugs up the tiny wholes going to your root so you should be able to eat and drink without feeling any pain, if you put the apply the right amount you should not get any nasty taste, the taste is not great if you do manage to get it around your mouth but you wont care if you got a cavity and your putting of going the dentist i recommend this product, worth the price I do not recommend the product "Toothy peg" i got recommended this by a dentist and this was a waste of money, rubbish product and triple the price compared to this, Review: Does its job but is cosmetically ugly. - This is different to the one I ordered, they must of changed the listing. I wouldnt use it on the top of a tooth where you eat as it will soon wear away or fall out. **Q: Can this be used to cover gap between two front teeth?** A: Most unlikely, it is designed for cavities where a filling is lost or similar. It would look very out of place between front teeth even if it could be fixed. Besides, gaps in front teeth are attractive, no need to fill them **Q: How long does it take to set. Mine took 24hrs?** A: This stuffs only temp but goes off about 30 min but it is crumbly it really doesn't last long **Q: How do I remove it? Will it fall out by time, or a dentist have to get it out?** A: It will fall out over time. Best for smaller gaps - tends to stay too soft and crumbly for bigger ones (but don't they all!) - yes it's pink :P and I do feel would have been better in white perhaps - but for a back filling that doesn't really matter. Quite hard to get out of the syringe arrangement (I do wonder why they didn't just put it in a small jar!) and then the seal won't go back on of course because the product then fills the tube, you can't push it back down and its a push in seal that goe sin the end! I ended up just digging some out of the tube with the provided spatula. But minor irritations to be honest - is sets really well and quickly, does the job and as I say it lasts.
