I have painted rendered walls on house and my decorator applies a decorating exterior algae remover and leaves for 24 hours before hosing down, using stiff brush on stubborn stains. He then applies algae inhibitor before painting walls with exterior wall coating. I believe both these products are available from Amazon. **Q: Does the product remove black mould from natural stone?** A: Did not work for me. I now use a pressure washer with a patio cleaning head and get perfect results which last for several years. **Q: Is this definitely good on roofs and gutters?** A: I don’t see why not but I use it for the algae on my terrace and have not used it on roofs and gutters. It works very well for me. **Q: can it be used on a balcony covered with a rubber membrane** A: Don't know Joyce. It's really good stuff, doesn't smell chemical but reckon it must have something potent I it that might damage rubber. Think I'd get on to the company if it were me best regs cathy ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does a good job. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 7 April 2026* Was good for price in 2025 but price has risen so will look else were . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant stuff! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 22 March 2026* This stuff is brillint, specially on surfaces where jet washing isn't possible or you havn't got one. just pick a day when there is no rain forcast for 24 hours, spray or brush and leave.
