Received Used Shoes, Return Denied

Very disappointed with Liberty Shoes on Amazon – Used, loose shoes in damaged packaging! I received my order on 09.04.2025, and the shoes were used, loose, and came in damaged packaging. I initiated a return the same day, but the return was scheduled for 19.04.2025 – way too long for a faulty item. Even worse, no one came to pick it up, and then Amazon canceled the return without any reason. Extremely frustrating experience. Poor product quality, damaged packaging, long return timeline, and no resolution. Very disappointing from Liberty Shoes and Amazon.
