Review: Excellent Customer Service - We ordered 2 units. One did not work and was easily returned for an immediate refund. The second unit worked fine. We used it approximately 3 times over the last 2 years and then it stopped working (it would not take a charge). I contacted the company to let them know. They were very responsive through email and thorough in their investigation and in the end sent us a new unit which works great. Although there were issues with the performance of the units (which I think they have worked out) they stood behind their product and displayed excellent customer service especially Gianna Davis the representative I worked with...Thank You !!

Our fountain lights do not need to be assembled. Only two buttons control it, one for water spray and one for light.
If it does not work, immerse it in water for about 5 seconds while it is turned on.

**Q: does it come with an anchor?**
A: No, it doesn’t have an anchor. It floats around.

**Q: Can I choose the color they display or must they rotate color?**
A: Sure!

Our floating fountain has 7 light modes.

Mode (1) Short Press once: Full Color Light Show; Slow
Mode (2) Short Press again: Full Color Light Show; Fast
Mode (3) Short Press third time: Full Color Light Show; Random Fast/Slow
Mode (4) Short Press fourth time: RED light only
Mode (5) Short Press fifth time: GREEN light only
Mode (6) Short Press sixth time: BLUE light only
Mode (7) Short Press seventh time: Light show OFF
Press again to cycle back to Mode (1)
