My best combo so far: Wild Rocket, a decent drizzle of fresh lemon juice, good amount of salt (I use Diamond Crystal Kosher), a good amount of Rincon oil, and a good amount of freshly ground quality black pepper. The result is a peppery, grassy, acidic and salty flavour burst in your mouth that tingles so many things at once. All the flavours compliment each other very well. Only works with grassy oils like this one.
