**Q: Does this test for yeast or bacterial infections?**
A: Yes! This is what doctors use! I got false negatives with three pee stick tests, than went into planned parenthood for a second opinion where they used this and it came back as a severe yeast infection!

**Q: How do you test your Vaginal ph? do you take a urine sample?**
A: Dont test urine. Swab the inside of your vaginal wall with a Q tip and swipe onto the paper. Read the results right away.  If your ph is above a 3.5 to 4, it is not acidic enough. I insert a boric acid capsule overnight and that usually brings ph to a perfect level. Great for after a period to feel fresh again!

**Q: Will this work for testing for UTIs also?**
A: They will give you the ph balance in your urine which could let you know if there was a problem (uti or other), but for a more accurate and more specific result you would probably want to buy a uti test strip which will test your white blood cells and nitrites. I know you can get strips for that at Walgreens or other drug stores.

**Q: will the test work for women who have had a hystorectomy?**
A: Yes. Your pH works the same as any other woman's. Don't worry.
