Obviously these generic filters are going to be a bit of an unknown as there is no lab testing for them, I don't have a particle meter, but I can tell you this. They most definitely do pull through a ton of very tiny debris. You can see after replacements the difference by holding them in front of the sun. The carbon is definitely working too, as I have odors that do not spread to other sections of the house. They may not be OEM, but I'd rather replace them twice as often or just pay half the price because they work perfectly well in my experience.

TLDR: I own two cats that shed a lot and after using these for 3-4 weeks, my air filter was throwing particles back into the air and causing my allergies to flare up. It served more like a fan than a filter. After reading a lot of the reviews, it seems that most people don't have an issue with a lower quality product, and I usually wouldn't have a problem either. However having two cats that shed a lot and an apartment that fills with dust very quickly made it very easy to notice how low the quality of these filters was. I own two Coway air purifiers and before I bought these off brand filters I had the Coway brand filters which lasted about a year. The air quality in my apartment was the best it ever was during the period I used the Coway brand filters. After that, I didn't want to spend another $200 for replacement filters so I instead chose these. After 3 weeks of using them the replace filter light went on for both air purifiers, and I thought it must've been some mistake, it's only been 3 weeks. Maybe the Coway purifier knew these are off brand and wanted to convince me that these filters are no good. That's what I thought, so I manually reset the lights on both. They came back shortly after but I didn't pay them any mind. For almost 2 weeks after that I noticed that my throat was getting very dry and inflamed, almost to the point that I couldn't breathe. It took me almost 2 weeks to realize that when I lay down to go to bed, even after cleaning the sheets and vacuuming the bedroom, it felt like there were a lot of particles in the air that I was breathing in which irritated my throat. Turning off the purifiers surprisingly decrease the irritation at night. That's when I realized it must've been these air filters. As soon as I bought the Coway brand filters and installed them, the apartment air felt way cleaner and my allergies stopped. Maybe people who don't have pets that that shed, adding to the common irritants in their home, may not notice a drastic difference in the filter quality. But for those that have pets I would advise getting the Coway brand filters.

These replacement filters seem to be of good quality and fit my Coway Airmega 250S perfectly. This is my second time ordering these filters. Good bargain at an affordable price and do the job well. I'll keep ordering these as needed.

Fits and works well.

I bought a second replacement set after I went through the first set I bought. They are clearly smaller in size. The first set fight tightly, the latest one does not. I’m not confident it’s properly filtering air with the visible gap along the frame.

Fitment is a little off, and no arrows showing which way to install the filter. but Quality is great, best value for the money

Honestly I see no difference in performance or quality from the OEM. Shipping took longer but you get two for price of one vs OEM. Will absolutely buy again.

Works at least as well as original filter. I am monitoring using a air quality detector.
