You just keep wearing a new one as replacement. I wish they were blessed prior to receiving it but I find comfort having an extra one in my wallet and it was quite easy to attach the Miraculous Medal to it for a quick gift for family and friends in these difficult times. The crucifix and attached medal attached are a nice finishing touch and beautiful. The Large Scapulars are quite durable/soft so I ordered another set.
