These are great! The quality is amazing. Sound quality is great. We’ve purchased two and love them. Charging is very easy. You have two options. Either use the plug directly to the ear piece or use the charging station. Connectivity to your computer is a simple plug and play. Clarity in sound is spot on. Also, the audio to mute background noise is superb. Overall function I love!

I received for Christmas last year. The unit stopped charging over the summer. I had not the time to deal with it until tonight. I looked up serial number and it said still under warranty. I called the number for HP customer service and was speaking to an actual person within 10 minutes. to shorten this story... after about 15 minutes of back and forth discussion of problem and solution and an exchange of emails He says my new unit will be shipped in 5 to 8 business days. The funny part is i bought another one this afternoon. Gues i now have a spare

The sound quality was really good. The noise cancellation was exceptional. The primary reason I returned is it was a bad fit for my ear. It rub my ear wrong no matter what I did with it. It might be A better choice for somebody that has smaller ears

I purchased for my business where we make high volume phone calls on our desk phone cell Phone and pc through out the day. I have used other expensive head sets but I would get complains about comfort, loose connections and still having my team use their AirPods for cellphone and pc calls. I needed something that can connect to all 3 devices, is wireless and has a smaller footprint. This is it! After using for a couple days the only negative feedback I received is that some times the voice control Does not respond accurately. For example you it will announce an incoming call and with voice control you can say ignore or answer the call. There have been times that we have said ignored and the call still gets answered. Might be a user issue but it’s happened a few times to different people. But that’s it! compared to other head sets the size and comfort it far better. Overall I love this product and for the features and price I will be buying 10 more

It's 2024 and this company sells a great product but it should get an update to usb-c. Other than that it does what I need it to. Works great with teams and phone calls. Noise cancellation keeps calls clear in loud server rooms. USB Micro is saving them a few dollars per unit and eventually it will be the reason you need to buy a replacement, maybe from a competitor. The battery case should have more capacity but it's sufficient as it needs to be charged every day. Battery lasts 6 hours on earpiece fully charged. Bluetooth works up to about 25 feet. Fit is sufficient with 3 sizes for ear canal. Corporate greed or short sightedness kept this from getting 5 stars.

Only had it for a couple of months and a it got a big crack and a piece broke out of it. It still works fine, but would think it would be better quality. The piece I found inside the charging case so it obviously wasn't being handled roughly. Also, the earpieces don't fit in your ear well so outside noise can be an issue. Would recommend purchasing the replacement earbud tips that actually go more inside your ear as opposed to just resting outside.

Out of the MANY (8 -10 of these units) Plantronics I have purchased in the past, this one failed me before I destroyed it. Battery degraded and unit will not charge or even turn on now. I am used to the bendable ear section falling apart, that killed at least 4 of the previous models. Ran over one, lost one and stepped on a couple. Since this one had the enclosed charging case, I looked forward to having this unit last a long time. Nope. Battery failure at 6 months. So disappointing.

I got this to replace my old "trucker" headset from Blue Parrot, which had a nice long life but started cracking. Now that I am doing video calls, I didn't want that style on my head. This one is more discreet and I love the USB option so I can have it hooked to my phone and computer without issue. Also has good sound quality and battery life. I appreciate that the seller I used gave me an extra USB-C to USB-A adapter because I have a Mac. Thanks!

If you are sceptical of a mono headset working well to filter out ann energetic and raucous open office environment, then I can assure you that this powerful POLY mono headset is better than most of the dual headset systems available. I really wanted a headset that not only filtered out the background noise (whilst I am on a call or a Teams screen meeting), but one that I could easily monitor my own voice to ensure that I wasn’t contributing to a noisy office environment. It fits snuggly on my ear, even wearing glasses and it doesn’t posture much at all. In fact, I swap it to my outer ear depending on where I sit, so that my colleagues can see that I am “busy” and they don’t interrupt. The Bluetooth connection is easily set up and wireless connection enables me to walk around if I am on a longer call/video link. Feedback from my colleagues has been stellar. They say that my voice is clear, background sounds are very minimal and a number of colleagues have already purchased the same Poly. I highly recommend this product.
