I ordered the medium size an it arrived 2 days earlier than expected. It was extremely well packaged. Instructions say to give it 72hrs to reach full fluff. I couldn't wait. And had to immediately write this review because it's so comfortable right away. It fit my slender 5'2, 100lb frame. I ordered the velvet covered one. It's soft but supportive. For me it works wonderfully without the included pillow. With the pillow it should accommodate someone taller easily. The arm rests are the perfect height for comfort. But the medium size would possibly be abit small for larger built people. Yes, I would recommend this item.

I never write reviews on here. But I felt that this product deserved a shout out. I have to spend a lot of time sitting and in bed due to disabilities I have. It is so hard for me to be comfortable physically. I have an adjustable bed but it was still too stiff. I tried a topper for it, both fluffy type and memory foam type, but still it wasn’t enough. I found this set that is for people recovering from surgery. It has memory foam parts that help prop you up in bed and a part for under your legs. The thing is, the foam is hard. It helps me get in better positioning, but it’s like lying against a hard board. I know for the average person this would be comfortable enough for a few days. But for my conditions, I find no comfort in the firmness of what I have been using. So I was back on here shopping again for something to help me find some comfort. I’ve used these types of pillows before but never the tall one like this. I am 5’10” and this fits me wonderfully. It hugs you. I have softness behind me and the arms are soft and huggable. I am actually comfortable. It’s easy to use. It’s fluffy and plush. It came in multiple vacuum sealed bags to keep it contained. No smell to it. I used it within an hour and found it very comfortable. I place a wedge behind it so it doesn’t slip since I don’t have a headboard. I highly recommend. The material is soft against the skin. The pockets on it as nice as well. It has a pillow that you can attach. For my neck issues I don’t use it up there. But I have used it to lean against and it works nicely. If you want a product to hug you with comfort then this is one for you.

I bought this reading pillow to replace a really cheap one, that I have been tolerating for years, after it developed a tear. I recently moved to a new house and wanted to buy a new one to usher in the new, and be out with the old. I really enjoy winding down in bed while watching TV or playing a game on my tablet, so I shopped for quite some time to find the perfect reading pillow. I bought this one because it was extra large, and I wanted something that I could really lie back on and feel comfortable and cozy. This is very comfortable with the exception of extra lumbar support, which I need. I solved that problem by using the detachable head pillow as a lumbar pillow and it is the perfect shape, size, and firmness, and worked perfectly. The back of the pillow is tall enough for me to, comfortably, lie my head back on it as I watch TV. I really love this reading pillow, and after experimenting with it and getting used to it, I look forward to cuddling up with it every night as I am winding down. It is pricey, but worth it, in my opinion, if you want something extra large and comfortable. I got the purple color and it is even prettier than in the picture. The fabric is very soft against my skin, and I love that the cover comes off for washing. This is a high quality reading pillow. If your bedroom is your sanctuary and you enjoy relaxing in bed, as I do, give this a try. You won't be sorry.

Again, another item I purchased for someone else that didn't appreciate it, so it was returned. I wish I had purchased a this one for myself. The person I purchased if for complained about other brands. They said they were either too hard or too soft ex. So, I tried it out and I am purchasing one for myself in a different color. Here is what I think.: This item is great. It is not small where if you call asleep your head rolls back. You don't have to sit in one position. It is firm enough that I don't think it will wear out and loose that firmness to soon. It has a nice wide back. Its tall enough so you can lean back, your head is not on the headboard. If you fall asleep your head is not rolling all over the place and you wake up with a cramp in your neck. The pockets art great for the remote or reading glasses. It has a little pillow that is detachable, and you place it under your leg or on one side if you want to lean more to one side. this is great for those who have just had surgery and don't want to lay flat. I even tried it out on the sofa and floor. It really made lounging on the floor to look at movies great. I will be purchasing two. I do wish the price was a little lower, but it's worth it. Would I purchase it again yes that is my plan in a color I like. Warning: before you open the package, be sure this is what you want. Once you open it out of the plastic and it starts to expand. It becomes quite large. If you change your mind and have to mail it back. Make sure you have something to suck the air out. It is a two-person job. It can be a beast to repack. I ended up having to get a bigger box and duct tape. I should have videotaped the whole thing.

This is a nice pillow for medium-sized people. I bought it for a 6’3” man and it was absurd. No way he could sit in this. I’m a 5’ tall woman and very comfortable.

When I first unpacked this I thought I was going to be disappointed, but thankfully I wasn't. I knew I had to wait for it to fill out, but when I tried to fluff it the filling was so lumpy in some places and no stuffing in other places I was afraid mine was defective, and I was sure it would not be firm enough. It felt like stuffing must be missing. I waited, and waited, and waited, I shook it up a lot, and finally it filled out. It took several weeks for the lumps to work themselves out, but you don't feel them while using the pillow and the pillow stuffing is full where it needs to be. It is very comfortable. I use the little headrest pillow for my lower back as it isn't useful to me as a headrest. It's not comfortable as a headrest because it is too high for me, I'm 5'6 and the pillow back is as tall as the top of my head, the headrest falls directly behind my head causing it to bend forward. However, it's very helpful in filling the space between your lower back and the pillow for extra low back support which is great. This pillow is great for sitting up in bed to read or if you have to sleep sitting up which I often have to do. It's also quite comfortable to sleep on it using the arm supports as a pillow if you want to lie down all the way. Overall, I'm very happy with this. I would buy it again.

Not your average reading pillow that eventually folds and caves in from you leaning back onto it. It's so comfortable and DURABLE! It's so good/soft/sturdy/back supporting that I bought a second one so my son will stop taking mine!! Thinking of buying a 3rd for my hubby. Definitely worth the money and the quality is exceptional!!!!

States their have more support they do not no support no where enough filling inside I brought xlarge was over £100 but has now also gone down in price. Very squishy and the arms go down to nothing. Recommend looking at other makes if you thought of using as supportive reading / gaming cushion

Lo compre para mi mamá por que tenía que estar en cama por una enfermedad y al sentarse solo con los cojines se estaba lastimando la espalda. Con este cojín especial le dejo de doler la espalda y mejoró su postura al estar sentada en la cama, aparte de que es muy cómodo. Totalmente recomendable 👍

Bought this to help recover from my knee operation. Really comfortable but firm, to sleep in,read, watch TV in bed. Does what it says on the tin!
