Firstly I do like the hypnotic sound effects and I like that he doesn't start off like all the others by telling you how to let go, as it simply doesn't work for me, but instead he goes straight into it. I particularly like using my cordless earphones, though their not practical in bed, so instead I use my small earpiece. I have a couple of criticisms though, firstly, i wasn't expecting the 2nd track to be so loud when it follows the first one and I'm by then quite relaxed, so it completely spoils it and seems to defeat the object of relaxing you to sleep, only to start off loudly and you feel you have to start again. However, I do like that its a track about controlling your dreams, though it hasn't worked yet I have to say. I have suffered from depression and anxiety in certain periods in the past. This has helped me where nothing else could sort out. MY SLEEP. I know that the most important thing a person needs when they suffer any mental illness is sleep deprivation. This will sort that out, guaranteed. I have tried so many other things and they all failed.This is the best money you will ever spend if you suffer from poor sleep or lack off. You have to listen to this every night. It can take a few nights or a week before you notice the full effect. After at least 25 years of dreadful sleep, taking a couple of hours to get to sleep and waking about 10 times a night things have really changed for the better. Sometimes I hear track 2 start sometimes I hear a few minutes of it. I am now asleep I'd say within half an hour. I still wake up a couple of times but overall I sleep far better. It's not a quick fix, take the time to listen every night for it to do it's work. Follow the instructions and give it a couple of weeks. I haven't tried to sleep without it, I don't want to waste sleeping time finding out if I can sleep without it!
