Piece broke on mophead. Ordered new one that was just what I needed but you have to be careful with it. Piece that broke is plastic. Maker of this mop should use stronger material to avoid this problem otherwise you will be buying replacement mophead regularly. Otherwise mop system works great.

If I could give this mop system no stars I would! The main issue is I have replaced the mop head 4 times since buying the system. I have not owned it more than 6 months. It breaks after one or two uses. That’s the main issue. Also the dirty water flows into the clean side. When it works it does wipe well I think that’s mostly due to the cloth used on the mop head. Very disappointed in this purchase!!

I had the bucket, just needed the mop. This one shows the handle in many of the pictures. Why would I think the mop did not come with a handle? I usually check the fine print, but I missed this important detail. However, once the mop head arrives, on the outside of the box, it says "Does not come with the handle". Ahhh. Very clear now.

Really loved this product, but the mop has broken twice. Kind of frustrating when you are trying to clean.

Mob is great, but I wish they were made to last. My last one broke, so you can’t press it too hard on the surface. Overall, the customer service is wonderful and helpful.

... car si vous comme moi vous attendez à ce que l'objet s'adapte aux manches que l'on trouve partout, que neni, ça doit s'adapter à un manche de diamètre ridicule donc de toute façon inutilisable. Il va falloir apprendre le terme "normalisé" ! dommage, on est obligé de mettre au moins une étoile ...

Not entirely impressed with the mop. I bought the bucket set originally but within a short space of time the head broke off from the handle. I ordered another, and that broke too. My partner ordered another which is still working but the bucket handle broke one side. Once this new set has broken i will not be buying again.
