Review: Brilliant machine - Great if you want to cut your own outlines, especially as you can scan and cut them without using a computer, so it can be used in a village hall or similar to cut out children's artwork. You can also scan and store designs to cut later on plain card or paper. I found it works best if the paper/card is attached to the cutting mat with 3 small pieces of masking tape (pressed flat) at the edges to hold the card secure, otherwise it sometimes slips. Apart from this, the machine does everything I need. Very pleased!

**Q: What is the difference between the cm300 and cm600 apart from price? bigger cutting area?**
A: Hello, CM300 is delivered with less accessories. Kind regards. SHOPTY-COM

**Q: What is teh maximum thickness this machine can cut**
A: Not too sure but it has a deep cut knife, so it must be thickish.
I have printed the manual from Brother.
A lot of paper but it will answer all questions.
Slow but sure rather than put something through that you shouldn’t

**Q: Does this need an activation card before you can use it or does it already come with an activation card/code?**
A: No activation card/code required.

**Q: Does it scan in colour please**
A: The CM300 only scans in black and white

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant machine, be aware you need to buy extras

This arrived last week.i bought it for quilting. Looks amazing and what it can do is fantastic. Although you need to know that it comes with low tack sheet and you need a high tack sheet for material. Also it doesn't come with the pen set. So I now have to wait until the extras turn up.
