Extremely Disappointed — Poor Quality and Worse Customer Support!
The cable stopped working within just a few months. When I contacted customer support, they asked me to ship the entire COSTAR charger and cable to their facility for replacement. I received the charger back, but the cable never arrived. Despite multiple follow-ups, their support team has been utterly unhelpful and incompetent in resolving the issue. I’m now stuck with just the charging brick and no usable cable. Avoid this product at all costs — it’s not worth the hassle!

Sturdy and does the job perfectly.
The built of the cable is very strong. Pairs perfectly with Costar's 65w adapter. Supports fast charging and laptop charging.

Warranty issue with cable , 2 star because of customer care
Cable was working good till now ( 8 month's ) & type c cable come with 1 year warranty. Now my cable is stoped working after 8 month's of purchase. So it's still in warranty but no option is showing to claim my warranty. Didn't get any help from brand as well as from Amazon. If Amazon selling something then they should atleast help there customer to claim warranty process . But no one helping me on this issue, feel like cheated by brand as well as by Amazon also.
