I have cervical myelopathy and get constant neck pain-I just got it today and yes it works-I had it on for the recommended 30 mins(up to 3 times a day) and I took it off and got like 2/3 hours of relief-which with my condition was worth it!!!

Does what it’s supposed to do, don’t like wearing but that could be a preference thing

I use this item a little differently than shown. I owned a very similar one before but it eventually ripped. So I got this one as a replacement. Instead of the velcro straps to the front, and the bulky part of the inflatable to the back, I turn the velcro straps to the back, and the bulky part to the front under my chin. I then inflate it so it's really snug around my neck. I then take a real deep breath, and then I lean forward on the couch like I'm going to touch my head to the coffee table. It usually re-aligns my neck from about upper mid-back all the way up to the base of my skull. And then I stand up and do it again, and try to touch my toes. I usually get one or two more clunks, and maybe another snap, typically mid-back. Then I'm good for a few days. Best results are after a hot shower at the end of the day when you're a little relaxed. I had a very serious neck and shoulder injury about 18 years ago, and this technique managed to find the vertebrae that was giving me the grief. Doctors, specialists and chiros couldn't do anything for me. But with this thing, pain gone after 18 years, just like that. It still goes out every once in a while now, but I no longer have that permanent "knife blade" between my shoulders 24/7. This techniques works very well for me now a couple times a week, and saves me chiro bills, so I will make sure I keep one of these things around at all times even when travelling.
