Secrets. Lies. Betrayal. I’ve only been at my exclusive new boarding school a few weeks, but I’ve already encountered my fair share of each. The truth about my upbringing is out, I’m starting to learn more about my family’s past, and I finally know why my long-lost father warned me to stay away from Noah Hastings. It’s clear now that Noah and I can never be together. But my heart doesn’t seem to care. The boy is everywhere I look. Taunting me. Toying with me. Tempting me – and he’s not the only one. Surviving my senior year at Weybridge Academy is going to be even harder than I thought. Prepare for swoon-worthy moments, dramatic twists and characters you’ll fall in love with in this contemporary teen romance set in the elite world of Weybridge Academy. This is the second part of a three-book series and ends in a cliff-hanger. Enjoy! Review: IT WAS AMAZING - I love this series so much and was just so cute while being romantic at the same time, Best series ever Review: A. moody does it again! - Alexandra Moody is such a great story teller and character builder. The plot a little predictable, but still a great read. I can’t wait to see how the story unfolds in the final book. I also can’t decide if I’m team Wes or team Noah 🫣

Team Wes
I immediately started reading this book at 11pm (when it became available) here I am at exactly 3:01 am writing a review because I finished it. & OMG let me tell you! Wes has my heart. Team Wes all the way. Plot twist at the end had me on my toes!! Don’t give me wrong Noah he is great but he comes with too much drama that she doesn’t need, Wes comes with sunshine and happiness and admiration that Isabel deserves. Great series so far. May couldn’t come fast enough.

Way too much irrelevant fluff
I really LOVE this story. It's unique enough that it feels fresh, the characters are likeable, and it feels pretty authentic. Isobel was MUCH more tolerable in this book than in the first one. My issue with this book was the author clearly tried to pad the book by adding an overabundance of extraneous details that added nothing to the overall story. Throughout the book, Isobel's soliloquies constantly repeated the same statements over and over. Details about what a room looked like or an activity, or strangers were laid out exhaustively! PLEASE STOP IT! This is a habit I've seen in other books by this author (e.g., The Worst Bachelor). When you have to start skipping words to get to the dialogue, you know it's a lot.

ready enjoyable story
I am really liking this authors style and storytelling abilities. I am truly engrossed and can’t wait to start the next book in this enchanting series. I personally like the descriptive style and that the characters seem so real.

I don’t see this ending well
I really enjoyed book 1 but book 2 was a little slow to progress. Plus now I think things are going to blow up for both Noah and Isobel where neither are going to be happy. Wes is so sweet and I think would have been really good for her if she was really over Noah which she isn’t. Unfortunately I bet Wes will end up getting hurt and their friendship will end but we will see what twists book 3 brings.

for the love of everything holy
Listen, listen… i LOVE Wes, but i also love Noah. And I swear to whatever Jesus y’all pray to if you break wes’ heart in book 3 I’m going to croak over and DIE a slow painful death. But I also want Noah and iz back together, I’m so torn. Find a winner for Wes… that’s not Sarah. Because I can’t. Also, when this gets concluded can we see isobel rubbing this in Liam’s face and the ex best friends face, I’ve been praying for that since she visited rapid bay in book 1 😂

Great story! Can’t wait for the conclusion
The second book in this series doesn’t disappoint. Reading about Isobel, Noah and the rest of the characters is a fun way to spend the night. Not a fan of cliffhangers and love triangles, but the story reels you in regardless.
