It's only really a three star product because although the device works flawlessly, the app is quite poor, with limited button layout templates and no option to create your own - that means that for something like a virgin media remote you will be missing some of the shortcut buttons and/or using multiple screens for one remote, using buttons for things other than their icon and label suggest. I've not tried the full website yet to see if there's a way to create them there, but given what the mobile website looks like I'm not hopeful.
