This is my third Nelko printer I own and it works great.Fast and clear printing of shipping labels in seconds. The setup with the phone app is fast but unfortunately I was not able to use the app on my laptop (MAC). It has an auto feed feature that makes refilling the labels easy. It is a stylish, compact and lightweight unit.

I had mulled purchasing a thermal label printer for a few years. I resisted because of the waxed paper backing, since it gets disposed of versus being recycled. What I was doing instead was laser-printing out a label on standard 8.5" x 11" paper, cutting it out, then pasting it onto the package. When I looked at the reality of this, the environmental impact of laser energy use, toner manufacturing, vape from the toner being heated and bonded to the paper, and then questioning whether or not the rest of the sheet was being recycled were offset by the thermal printer. What ultimately pushed me other the edge to purchase this printer was the fact that I started using Veriswap. The shear quantity of laser printed labels would have been much more impactful than purchasing this compact printer that, well, just does what it is supposed to. I am very happy with both the printer, the ease of printing, and the app for my iPhone. I print from both my PC, through USB cable, and wirelessly from my iPhone, both of which are super easy. The wireless connectivity is such a bonus feature. Currently, I'm using Nelko's, which are of good quality. I will be looking to swap for a more sustainable solution in the future. I have to research as those are still hard to come by.

I’m really impressed with this Nelko Bluetooth label printer. The wireless connection is stable, the print quality is excellent, and it handles 4x6 labels without any issues. Tremendous quality, size, and price for those of us who no longer need to print very much outside of the occasional shipping labels. Easy to setup, high quality, and the printer itself is a small size so you can tuck it out of the way. The bluetooth connectivty is next level and does not require a computer. Go right from the phone. Solid design, picture quality, and labels work just like the pros. Easy app interface and highly recommend.

This was probably the best investment that I purchased for my son's small business. Set up was super easy, it is pretty quick and quiet. It is decent looking and small enough to bring with you places if needed. We have used it to label a variety of products, and it seems to be very durable.

The printer itself appears to be simple and just do the right thing. But the official app that's required to use it on iOS is buggy and poorly designed. As just one example, to start using it you are required to accept their privacy policy and terms of service; tapping on the links to view them opens pages that just show a bunch of garbage characters and look like you've been hacked. If you tap on the documentation button in the app to try to get instructions, you get a page saying "deployment not found." Fortunately I was able to get the printer working, unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. Also, word to the wise, if you buy a roll of labels you'll need a label holder (kind of like an oversized Scotch Tape holder). This is not included. Finally, the printer comes with a massive brick power supply and industrial-strength cord that looks like it's designed to power a supercomputer. It is ridiculously large and the cord is thick and heavy, not easy to tuck out of the way on a desktop; would it be so hard to power this thing with USB-C???? I checked the power specs on the brick and it could easily be done with USB-C. Eww. Anyone selling products with power supplies like this in the year 2026 should be ashamed of themselves. It's like a throwback to the 1990s! No wonder they didn't show the power supply in the product photos. Oh, one more thing, the product listing says the printer comes with a fan-fold set of labels, and pictures the stack—no labels were included in mine.

The print quality is sharp and clear, and since it’s thermal, there’s no need for ink—a huge money-saver! It was straight out of the box and plug-and-play—the easiest setup I've experienced. I was printing labels quickly and with zero fuss, which is exactly what you want when handling shipments. ​The accompanying app is easy to use and intuitive, making it simple to print from my phone via Bluetooth. The speed and quality are excellent, making my whole process much quicker. ​It's a fantastic, high-speed solution for printing shipping labels. The only minor drawback is that while it comes with some sample labels, I definitely could have done with a few more to get properly started! ​Overall, this is a powerful and reliable printer that I highly recommend for any small business or frequent shipper.
