Damaged Package
The paper is fine, however its wrapping was ripped and looks like paper has been removed from the packet. very disappointing and it affects confidence in the service.

Delivered with packaging ripped open!
Paper is fine but disgusting that the paper arrived with packaging ripped wide open - this would’ve been obvious the person packing. Disappointed that this is allowed to happen

Terrible with my printer
This paper has a shiny surface and smudges when I use it to print documents from my Brother printer. I tested against my usual matt paper and this is clean and works well. Do not buy this paper if you have a laser DCP Brother printer - it is wasted. I will give it away.

Damaged before posting
Received product - the outer packaging was not damaged but the packing protecting the paper was damaged and ripped and this caused around 25% of the paper to be unusable. Will not re order with this company as they obviously posted a damaged item in full knowledge that I would received a defective product

Too shiny, and the ink smudges easily
This paper has a very shiny feel to it, which is problematic as the ink doesn't sink in properly from the printer. Everything I was printing was smudging and I had to get rid of the paper and buy an alternative. Would not recommend if you are going to use this in your printer.

A lot of money for damaged paper
Great paper shame the pages cannot be used for business :(

Arrived ripped and only partially usable inside the packaging.
Feel ripped off - not adding to the pain by having to travel to drop it off either - what a farce. I's recommend not buying this product if you want usable printer paper. Required it urgently and now I'm stuck with damaged paper and missing a business deadline.

Why so expensive?
This is very flimsy paper. I used to buy it for general use, was £6.99 last time. It was £11.75 last Monday, and now almost £15!!! For 500 sheets of paper!! Got some in Wliko's for £3.50 yesterday. So disappointing, Amazon.
