Comfort Mouse 3000

This mouse is great for general office use simply for anything and everything that you might use it for. It has a chord so I prefer to use it with workstations. It is light with a great fit and feel. This is another mouse that Microsoft got right. The left and right clicks are very comfortable and have a nice soft sound to them. Highly recommend for a general office use mouse, works well and feels good in the hand.

It is identical to the one it replaced and works great. I just wore out the old one. Glad I could get an exact replacement.

My only real complaint about the mouse is that the buttons do make a bit of noise when clicked. Beyond that, I'm quite happy with the mouse.

The Good: The tracking was excellent. On a slick surface that foiled a different mouse, it was butter smooth The Bad: BUTTON RELEASES BEFORE THE 'CLICK'! Any positives of its great tracking were immediately negated by it's horrible button design. Once you have clicked the button, it is possible (in fact, easy) to release the button before it 'clicks' back up. In fact there is a point where the slightest pressure change will cause it to rapidly cycle between up and down. For instance, when you're dragging files from one folder to another, it is very easy to accidentally release them into a random folder and then pickup a different file to continue your drag-and-drop without you realizing anything happened (as there was no 'click'). If you aren't paying close attention, you can completely mess up your files and never know what happened. This flaw made the mouse unusable as I could not rely on it to do what I expected it to do and was forever misplacing/losing files. The Ugly: The clicking was very loud

This mouse is ok, big the scrolling wheel lacks precision. It feels like there are rocks in the bearings. The buttons are fine.

Overall this is an OK mouse. However for frantic clicking (such as that used in gaming) or extended click and drag operations using the left button, there is a problem. With the wrong direction of pressure on the left mouse button the right mouse button will engage. Once again, this is usually only during games like Diablo 3, but I have had it happen when doing click and drag operations in applications such as Microsoft Word.

I love this mouse! Pro's: Lightweight, easy to carry and move with my laptop when I want a full mouse for it. Very responsive Comfortable Grip Con's It can sometimes feel too light, but not a problem.
