The taste is like ORS. Also please do not buy this. The caffeine doesn't work. I fell asleep faster after I took it instead of staying up. Buy muscleblaze instead. Expensive but worth it

Tastes just like flavoured glucose and has nearly no effect after double scoping on the set or the intensity I don't recommend this product to either beginners , intermediate or Advanced go for better brands ... !
