Great to add colour and texture.
I used these to sparkly up the top tier of my granddaughters cake and give it a bit more texture. Great stuff. Colour as expected. Not so small that it didn’t stand out and look effective. I’m happy!

Small oblong crystals 2-3 mm
Sugar crystals, 2-3 mm square/rectangular shape. Used to sweeten a plain biscuit by sprinkling on top. Just the job fir my recipe.

These sugar crystals are great in my Belgian chocolate peppermint spoons they add colour and crunch and the seller was great when I ordered the wrong product and had to cancel my first order thank you 😊

Pas génial...
Le sucre est super humide, à très gros grains (pas génial si vous vouliez givrer un verre par exemple) et surtout il n'est pas rouge du tout! Rose très très très pale à peine. Déçue pour le prix.
