    Team Yankee Bargain Great Kit

I am learning the game's mechanics and like what I've learned so far.  The Hammerfall kit is a great deal.  3 Soviet tanks plus 2 American tanks > $30 alone.  add to that a full set of the Team Yankee rules - the size of the manual is reduced, but, not the ruleset.  Add to that the cardboard terrain and dice and tokens and you have a great bargain.  The tanks assemble well and have a lot of detail.  the assembly guide also gives you the basic rules as well as basic scenarios to get you started.  All in all a great bargain kit.

I bought this game as a way of adding to my growing armies of 1/100 scale war machines.  I enjoyed assembling the models.  You can play this as a stand alone game or combine it with other 1/100 scale games.  Very satisfied.

Team Yankee, while not being fully accurate to real equipment (Oh god why do the amtracks go so faaaast), is a fantastic game that does a good job juggling balance with real life. Fun to assemble, paint, and play!
