They give me the energy I need to get through a workout and help with the recovery after. The pills, you should be warned, are gigantic. They are "horse pills". It's funny because on the bottle it says "easy to swallow". The thing is, though, after a short time I got really used to taking them and there's no issue now. Three years and I haven't choked yet. I highly recommend taking them with a big gulp of water. That is key. Also, at first at least, I recommend not doing it alone just in case. Finally, cutting them in half might seem like a good idea, but it's worse.
