fast and efficient with product as describe.

### ⭐⭐ Data display distorts an otherwise good concept

The communication kit is certainly easy to use and I was awed by the technology. However, the graphic report had too much data in a small area and was near impossible to track the results. The graph was just "too busy". Also, there is no data filter which would hide data you are not interested in and would make the graph report cleaner and easier to read.I returned mine for a refund.

### ⭐ Failure to download data

I was anticipating the ability to have my bike riding data on my computer. So far it is not to be. I get one failure message after another when trying to download the data. I went to Cateye's website for support on this issue which is not existent, any real support that is. Meaning there are no FAQs, no forums, nothing. I filled out a contact form so I could get an email response. Even that failed so I will have to call support to see what resolution, if any, there is to fix this. How can any company with the products that Cateye offers have virtually no information on troubleshooting on their website or in the documentation. I have the Cateye MSC-Cy300 and so far it functions very well, but I am completely disappointed with this USB Communication kit. That may change if Cateye can help me get it to work. Until such time I DO NOT recommend purchasing this product.
