I am very happy with this bench. It's good-looking, solid and sturdy, and good value compared to some other pieces of self-assembly furniture I have seen and bought. I would have liked it to be just a little larger, but that's personal preference. The instructions were fairly clear (if rather small for my eyesight) and assembly was straightforward, although the guide time of 30 minutes is highly fanciful unless you do it for a living, and I had to drill holes in order to attach the backboard, which is why I give it only 4 stars in the "easy to assemble" category. I would recommend it.

This storage bench is a fantastic addition to my home. It provides ample space to stow away various items, from shoes to blankets, helping to keep my living space tidy and organized. The build quality is impressive, with sturdy materials and a comfortable seating area. The design seamlessly complements my decor, making it both practical and aesthetically pleasing.

Great once together and strong enough to take alot of weight. Looks great. However putting it together took about 2 hours. Too many screws and bits.

Fairly easy to put together. Looks fab when built. Caution on fixing the front plinth as the holes were not all the way through and the screw didn't go in straight which split the plinth slightly. (It cant be seen once built. )

Easy to assemble, instructions quite clear and a good size - well its now full of someones shoes and I think we might need to buy another but that's more to do with the quantity shoes not the storage cabinet. Looks good and in a curious way does not intrude into the decors. Padded seat quite comfortable for sitting on while popping you shoes on.

I ordered this small shoe storage unit to install in the entrance porch I have at the rear of my property. The item arrived before the time it was originally down for delivery, and it was packed very well, even though the box had been damaged in transit the item suffered no damage at all. I assembled this unit with my son and although we are both joiners by trade, I am now retired we both felt that the information and drawings provided for this item would make it easy for a novice to assemble with a reasonable expectation of success. The package even contained a small package of spare items which is the first time I have experienced this and although it wasn't needed the obvious consumer care comes across. One minor criticism, the contents would benefit from a small packet of PVA glue for the dowels as we did glue all the dowels in to make a permanent fixing. The unit after assembly is of a good quality considering its price, everything fits and works as it is intended and it looks good.

I purchased this shoe storage bench after reading several positive reviews. While I don’t completely disagree with them, I’m not fully convinced about its strength and long-term durability. The main body is made of very thin MDF (engineered wood), which feels quite fragile. Under ideal conditions, it might support the weight of two small to medium-sized adults, but real-life use is rarely ideal. I doubt it would hold up well if someone sat on it with force. The design is minimalistic, and the drawers are made of a very weak material—almost like compressed cardboard—except for the brown front panels, which are bamboo. On the positive side, the product arrived well-packaged in a compact box, and delivery was impressively fast. All parts were clearly numbered and organized. The assembly involves many cam lock connectors and other screws, all of which were individually packed and labeled, making the process smooth. Everything aligned perfectly, and there were no missing parts. However, the instructions weren’t very clear. If you’re familiar with assembling IKEA furniture, you’ll manage, but you’ll need to pay close attention to the diagrams. In some cases, I had to refer to the final product image to figure out the correct orientation of parts. It took me about two hours to assemble it solo, mostly due to the number of fasteners. Most parts are for the three drawers, which are easy to assemble. The main structure has fewer parts but an excessive number of fasteners—especially for the top panel—which I feel is a poor design choice. Overall, the finished product looks nice, but it feels quite flimsy. I’d recommend using it with care. It might serve as a temporary solution for a year or so, but I wouldn’t rely on it for heavy use.

Well made, easy to assemble! We're using it as storage on our self made camper, so won't be used daily but it fits and works well!

Loved it. Not bad quality at all. Directions are very limited and guessing which way is which. 2 very small piece you should not lose.
