Wouldn’t by any other type now I’ve used these. Real sharp, easy to use with a safety clasp. Makes clean cuts on plants. Great value for money. Have recommended them to everyone. Would buy again.

Bought these for my son on the recommendation by Which. They are sharp and fit into the hand very comfortably which makes them easy to use. Well worth the money for a very well designed product.

Cuts through everything easily but definitely designed for larger hands than mine and the spring makes them hard to keep hold of.

I have used Felcos for over 30 years and still maintain their preeminence for professional use but I keep a pair of Okatsunes with me whenever I am out in my own garden and have given or recommended them to most of the aspiring gardeners I know. Excellent cut but it pays not to be over ambitious in the size of stem you are easily tempted to tackle!

They are okay but not comfortable to use, not very good quality for price and the spring and handle locking clip do not function very well.

My second Okatsune 103 - am very impressed with their performance - with a little care and a good sharpening stone they are relatively easy to sharpen and maintain - worth the higher costs.

These Okastune bypass pruners are excellent quality, they fit the hand just right and operate easily. We ended up getting two so we each have a pair for various task work. Super sharp, high performance steel.

Exceptionally sharp - elegantly simple and light design which fits well in the hand. Like having sharp scissors (for fibrous flax) and also great for pruning branches. Have tried plenty of different pruners over the years - these are outstanding precision Japanese design.
