Does anyone have an idea how big the doughnuts are that comes out? Or can you change the sizes on the dropper itself?

Make the batter. Fill in the top trying not to coat the handles. Then press the plunger down over hot oil and it comes out in a ring. You release when your happy with the amount, and it drops into the oil. Fiddly but you’re able to take it apart and wash completely.
